Our commitment

Zen Energy Group is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies or alternative methods of navigating the web.

Accessibility standard

We aim to make this website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

Conformance status

Based on an internal accessibility review completed on 18 August 2026, this website is currently considered partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some aspects have not yet been fully verified against the standard.

This assessment is a working internal evaluation and is not a formal accessibility or legal certification. Automated testing did not identify any known WCAG Level A or AA failures on the pages tested, but the full cross-browser and assistive-technology review is still in progress.

Known accessibility limitations

• A complete manual evaluation with VoiceOver on macOS and iOS and NVDA on Windows has not yet been completed.
• Some browser-specific states, including Windows forced-colours mode and the complete cookie-consent workflow, require further manual verification.

We are continuing to test and improve these areas as part of ongoing website maintenance.
