EDELSTIEN, Previously to Zen Energy Group serve Big energy holding KFT CEO and before held the position of CEO at Union Energy, a leading European renewable and traditional energy Oil and Gas company. Prior to Union energy he worked as county manager for local Vietnams IPP while managing more then 800 MW of mix use operating renewable energy facilities.
Seasoned executive CFO, in a leading investor and developer company focusing on Central and Eastern Europe, lead and manage finance and overseeing financial operation of all projects. Manage and optimize cash flow, ensuring profitability, growth, and efficient liquidity management. Oversee and manage budgeting (forecasting and utilization), risk management, and financial reporting processes.
Ilic, previously to Zen Energy Group served as Regional CFO at GTC, a leading real estate development company in Central and Eastern Europe, and before held the same position at Inditex SA, one of the world’s largest fashion companies.
Experienced renewable energy leader with over 15 years in global asset development and operations. Specializing in wind, solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems, he has successfully led projects from inception to completion. Known for his expertise in project management and operational optimization, João fosters international collaboration to advance sustainable energy initiatives, ensuring value for stakeholders and positive community impact.
Rocha, Previously to Zen Energy Group serve Big energy holding KFT Chief Engineer and before held the position of Chief Engineer at Megajoule, a leading European renewable engineering company.
Igal Ram, Adv. is a veteran commercial and corporate legal counsel with over 20 years experience in international transactions in the fields of technology, energy, civil infrastructure, and commercial real estate.
A member of the Israel Bar since 2003, he has earned his LLB and master’s at the esteemed Tel Aviv University school of law and has interned in corporate law for David Efrati of Efrati Galili, one of Israel’s leading law firms.
Ram, previously serve as counsel at Union Energy, a leading European renewable and traditional Oil and Gas company, as well as Tahal and Kardan Water, Israel’s largest water infrastructure consultant engineering companies with projects in over 50 countries worldwide in 5 continents. He was also the General Counsel for BIG energy holdings KFT, where he had led the legal work on numerous wind and solar power plants in Central and Eastern Europe.
Prerna Verma is a highly skilled finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and multi-entity accounting across property, hospitality, and corporate environments. As a qualified-by-experience accountant, she specialises in the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss reporting, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
She has a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and capital expenditure monitoring, supporting accurate and timely reporting to enable effective strategic decision-making. Her expertise also includes accounts payable, credit control, VAT and CIS returns, treasury reporting, and intercompany transactions, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Prerna is proficient in a range of financial systems including SAP, Sage 200, Xero, and QuickBooks, and is known for her proactive approach, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management skills. She works confidently both independently and collaboratively, building effective relationships across teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
Dedicated finance professional with focused expertise in renewable energy project finance, asset-level valuation, and M&A analytics. Specializing in utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), he excels at constructing high-complexity financial models, conducting rigorous risk and sensitivity analysis, and optimising capital structuring. He brings a strong track record in executing numerous comprehensive asset valuations and playing a key role in large-scale project finance transactions. Known for translating intricate financial data into actionable insights, he supports robust in-house investment decisions to drive strategic growth and project viability.
Previously to joining Zen Energy Group, served as an analyst at Sonnedix, and drove critical financial analysis and portfolio management, supporting corporate in-house investment decisions and asset management for J.P. Morgan Infrastructure Investment Fund. He holds a degree in Science and Technology Studies from University College London (UCL).
Seasoned project and business development professional with focus on developing and managing large scale solar and wind projects – development from early stage to ready-to-build, project finance and PPA. Bringing vest renewable energy experience in Bulgaria and North Macedonia.
Previously to Zen Energy Group worked as Head of Project Development at GenVision (JV between Glencore and Nvision for Africa) and before that held the position of Country Manager for North Macedonia at Big Mega Renewable Energy.
Andrei is a graduate of the Technical University of Civil Engineering Bucharest and brings more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector. Over the course of his career, he has coordinated the development of a 120 MW wind farm and contributed to numerous photovoltaic projects across Romania, overseeing all stages from early development to final implementation.
With a strong technical background and a track record of professionalism in large-scale energy initiatives, Andrei has built extensive expertise in project development, permitting, and EPC coordination. His knowledge and leadership support the successful delivery of complex renewable energy projects and contribute to the growth of Romania’s sustainable energy landscape.
